Foppers Acquires 3rd Facility

Logansport, IN – Foppers just announced the acquisition of their third manufacturing facility in Logansport, Indiana set to close in December 2026. The company will soon span an impressive 125,000 square feet across a 13-acre campus. After their last expansion in 2020, they projected another expansion would not take place until after 2030, but their demand needs outpaced their expectations in just six short years.

Foppers currently manufactures baked pet treats for all animal species across an expansive product portfolio. Utilizing both wire cut and rotary die systems they manufacture quality treats in crunchy, soft & chewy, and semi-moist formats. They recently launched their first ever baked cat treat lineup with a focus on high protein.

Emily Gillam, VP of Sales says “We have been working hard to secure additional partnerships and grow not only Foppers, but our brand partners as well. Our goal remains the same, quality products, clear communication, and fostering trust with our partners. As a family owned and operated company, we pour everything we have into our business. Our customers love our “get it done” mentality and commitment to partnership we bring to the table.”

The additional space will allow Foppers the ability to better service their large format customers, increase production capacity, and increase efficiency over the next few years. Foppers is FDA Registered, SQF Certified, APHIS Certified, and Costco Certified. The company teases additional certifications coming early in 2027. They plan to officially announce those certifications at a later date.

Clark Leffert, VP of Operations says “Looking back, I would have never thought that the business we started in our basement in 2004 would be where it is today. We continue to grow and learn every day. We truly love what we do, and we’re excited for this next growth phase.”
